One of the main reasons for neglecting dental treatment is fear of pain, needles or discomfort after anesthesia, so we have implemented a variety of ways to eliminate these problems:

• Superficial anesthesia – administration of anesthetic to the mucosal surface, e.g., to anesthetize the injection site for infiltration anesthesia
• intrathecal anesthesia – administration of anesthetic by injection, directly into the anesthetized area
• intracortical anesthesia – administration of anesthetic near the course of the nerve supplying the surgical area
• intracortical (intraosseous) anesthesia – anesthetizes teeth, without anesthesia of soft tissues
• intracortical anesthesia – anesthetizes a single tooth, without anesthesia of soft tissues
• needle-free anesthesia – eliminates the use of a needle (no puncture)

Such a wide choice of anesthesia methods provides the opportunity to customize the anesthesia technique to the patient’s preferences and the type of procedure. As a result, the treatment takes place in a relaxed atmosphere where there is no room for stress or pain.
