IMPLANTOLOGY

The most physiological way to replace missing teeth is to insert an implant. Implanted early enough, it eliminates alveolar atrophy. Bone atrophy in advanced cases can lead to aesthetic changes in facial features – sunken cheeks and lips, underdevelopment of the shortness of breath, drooping corners of the mouth, and an aged appearance.

With a multidisciplinary team of specialists and rapid diagnostics that can be performed on site, we can provide a variety of procedures to restore single gaps, but also complete gaps (freeing patients from embarrassing, uncomfortable prosthetic work).

Treatments performed:

  • implants – different types depending on individual needs and conditions in the patient’s mouth
  • own and foreign bone grafts
  • bone regeneration (reconstruction) using various membranes (soft and titanium), bone substitute materials and PRF (platelet-rich fibrin)

Advantages of dental implants:

  • the possibility of replacing both individual teeth and the entire dentition (an effective way for toothlessness)
  • natural appearance of teeth
  • great comfort
  • no need to interfere with healthy teeth and their structure (versus grinding your own teeth in the case of bridges)
  • prevention of bone atrophy
  • – stability – the implant permanently fuses with the bone

PROSTHETIC WORK ON IMPLANTS

  • Acrylic bridges – a temporary solution, used to maintain aesthetics until the final work is done
  • porcelain bridges – restoration on the patient’s permanent teeth or implants, used to rebuild existing deficiencies often on occasion we are able to improve the aesthetics of rotated teeth, crowded, discolored, chipped, etc.
  • complete dentures – implantology additionally allows the possibility of stabilizing the denture with clasps even the old denture used by the patient
  • all-on-4 – a modern solution placed on 4 implants in the arch (maxilla or mandible), resulting in a full restoration of teeth, providing a natural look, durability, lack of artificial palate and other elements that could interfere with patients on a daily basis, giving people after tooth loss a lot of freedom and a beautiful smile
